Mobile firewood processing service available on half or full day hire with operator throughout Devon and surrounding counties.

powered by a Honda petrol 4 stroke engine for fully self contained power supply
strong 5.6 tonne hydraulic ram
optional 2 or 4 way splitting knife
conveyor in feed
chainsaw arm cuts precisely to the desired length
conveyor out feed into tipper pickup truck, customer dumpy bags, barn or heap
cuts up to 12 inch diameter logs
some larger logs can be manually cut to the desired length with a chainsaw and manually fed into the machine at the splitter head, or split on the separate kinetic splitter (see Mobile Log Splitting here) or with an axe/maul
price includes fuel / oil and consumables

Please note; excessive wear or damage to cutting chain from metal, stones, etc in wood is chargeable at £30. Spare cutting chains carried to ensure smooth operation.

This was for a regular customer; using our firewood processor to turn their sawmill offcuts into value firewood at a site in Moretonhampstead

Lyme Regis

This was for a repeat customer who had recently purchased a smallholding and was looking to turn storm damaged trees into winter fuel. They opted to hire both the mobile firewood processor and the mobile log splitter.

North Tawton

Working together with a country estate in Mid Devon. Their holding includes 120 acres of broadleaf woodland which they manage for timber saw logs and firewood. Averaging over £30,000 worth of logs each year!
